Iran film wraps up editing

The editing stage of the new film project 'Rahman 1400' has wrapped up.

Directed by Manouchehr Hadi, the movie has finished editing and the sound mixing stage has started.

Written by Babak Kaidan, 'Rahman 1400' is to be screened at the  37th edition of Fajr Film Festival.

The flick's shooting started on August in the Iranian cities of Tehran and Karaj and ended early October.

The comedy tells the story of Rahman who is facing severe financial problems and difficulties and intends to ask for help from a company managed by Mr. Jalousi played by Mehran Modiri. However, Mr. Jalousi writes him a cheque for 2021; and there the story begins.

‘The Man with a Thousand Faces’ actor/ director Mehran Modiri plays the role of a father to 'Made in Iran' star Mohammad-Reza Golzar.

Among cast members include other big names such as Yekta Nasser, Saeed Aghakhani, Bahram Afshari and Sareh Bayat.
